What's Included?

<ul><li><strong>Advance Notice<br></strong>Any cancellation request if received before 15 days from the date of the booking, 100% amount will be refunded.<br><br></li><li><strong>Short Notice</strong><br> Any cancellation request if received one week before the date of the booking, a cancellation fee charge of 20% of the total booking amount will be deducted. The balance amount will be refunded, if any, within 15 working days.<br><br></li><li><strong>Non-Refundable Deposits</strong><br> Any cancellation request if received within 48–24 hours from the date of the booking, no amount will be refunded.<br><br></li><li><strong>Force Majeure</strong><br> Circumstances like severe weather, natural disasters, or unforeseen events may be grounds for rescheduling or, in some cases, a full refund.<br><br></li><li><strong>No-Shows</strong><br> A No-Show will be treated as a cancellation with no refund.</li></ul>

<div><strong>Payment Policy</strong><br> 100% of the payment has to be made in advance for the booking of the yacht, including payment for any Add-on services selected from the catalogue.<br><br></div><div><strong>Food &amp; Alcohol Policy</strong><br> You may choose to bring your own food &amp; alcohol at the yacht as it is not part of the package. Cutlery is available at the yacht.<br> If you wish to have arrangements made by us, kindly inform us at the time of booking from our selected menu.<br><br></div><div><strong>Yacht Essentials</strong><br> You may choose comfortable clothes, flip flops, or sandals. Footwear is not allowed on the yacht.<br> Additionally, you may carry a cap, sunscreen lotion, UV-protected sunglasses, a towel, and an extra pair of clothes in case it rains.<br><br></div><div><strong>Boarding Time Policy</strong><br> Please reach the destination 15 minutes prior to your scheduled slot.<br> Scheduled slots cannot be extended due to other bookings, so punctuality is requested.<br><br></div><div><strong>Damage Policy</strong><br> Guests are liable to bear charges for any damage caused to the yacht or at the yacht, as per the indemnity form signed by the guest at the time of boarding.</div>
