Terms and Conditions
  1. Program Overview:
    1. The Program offers a refund of 100% of the activity price when a Customer cancels their booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity date.
    2. The refund will be provided in the original payment method used by the Customer for the ticket purchase.
    3. The refund guarantee only applies to the price paid for the activity. Any additional charges, such as add-ons or ancillary purchases, will not be refunded.
  2. Cancellation Process:
    1. To cancel a booking and claim the refund, Customers must initiate the cancellation process through the Company's platform or by contacting Customer Support.
    2. The cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity date.
  3. Refund Process:
    1. Upon successful cancellation, the Company will process the refund within 7-14 business days.
    2. The refund amount will be calculated as 100% of the money paid for the activity.
    3. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  4. Exclusions:
    1. The cancellation does not cover additional charges, including but not limited to add-ons, ancillary purchases, convenience fees, or service charges.
  5. Modifications and Termination:
    1. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, or amend these Terms, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
  6. The Company's liability, if any, shall be limited to the refund amount specified under these Terms.
  7. By clicking checkout on the cart page, Customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and the Company's general terms and conditions for the refund and cancellation policy.
