Before You Book

Arrive at Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport, where you will be transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is kept free to allow for proper acclimatization to the high altitude of around 3,500 meters. Take time to rest and adjust to the Himalayan environment. In the evening, if you feel comfortable, you may take a leisurely walk through the lively Leh Market, exploring local shops and cafés before returning to the hotel for an overnight stay in Leh.

Day 1 : Arrival in Leh (Acclimatization Day)

After breakfast, begin the day with visits to the Hall of Fame, a museum dedicated to the bravery and history of the Indian Army, followed by the sacred Kali Mata Temple and the revered Gurdwara Pathar Sahib. Continue to Magnetic Hill, where vehicles appear to move uphill due to a fascinating optical illusion, and then witness the spectacular Sangam (Indus–Zanskar Confluence), where the contrasting waters of the Indus and Zanskar Rivers meet. Later, visit the historic Alchi Monastery, one of the oldest monasteries in Ladakh, known for its ancient murals and unique Indo-Tibetan architecture. Day 2 : Leh to Alchi / Uleytokpo (Sham Valley Tour)
