Itinerary

DAY1

Upon arrival in Kochi, you will be warmly welcomed by your chauffeur and transferred to your hotel. Later, explore the historic Fort Kochi area, known for its colonial charm and cultural heritage. Visit the famous Chinese Fishing Nets, St. Francis Church, and Santa Cruz Basilica. In the evening, you may attend a traditional Kathakali performance and explore the local streets filled with cafes, art galleries, and shops.

DAY2

After breakfast, begin your scenic drive to Munnar, passing through lush greenery, tea plantations, and waterfalls including Cheeyappara and Valara Falls. Enjoy the beautiful landscapes as you ascend into the Western Ghats. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and relax amidst the peaceful hill station environment.

DAY3

Start your day with a visit to Eravikulam National Park, home to the rare Nilgiri Tahr and rolling grasslands. Continue to the Tea Museum to learn about tea production and Kerala’s tea heritage. Visit scenic spots such as Rose Garden and Blossom Park, where you can enjoy peaceful walks surrounded by natural beauty.

DAY4

After breakfast, visit Mattupetty Dam and Echo Point, known for their scenic beauty and calm surroundings. Continue to Kundala Lake, where you can enjoy picturesque views of hills and forests. Spend the day exploring viewpoints, tea estates, and enjoying the pleasant weather of Munnar before returning to your hotel.

DAY5

Travel to Thekkady, known for its spice plantations and forest reserves. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and later visit a spice plantation where you can learn about cardamom, pepper, and other spices. Enjoy a boat ride on Periyar Lake, located within the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary, where you may spot elephants, deer, and birds in their natural habitat.

DAY6

After breakfast, drive to Alleppey and board your traditional houseboat. Cruise through the peaceful backwaters of Vembanad Lake, passing villages, coconut groves, and paddy fields. Enjoy freshly prepared local meals onboard while experiencing Kerala’s unique backwater lifestyle. Spend the night onboard the houseboat surrounded by tranquil waters.

DAY7

After breakfast, disembark from the houseboat and proceed to Kochi. Depending on your departure schedule, you may visit local markets for shopping before being transferred to the airport or railway station for your onward journey.
