Arrive at Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport on your own, where your Ladakh journey begins. From the airport, transfer to your hotel and complete the check-in formalities. The rest of the day is reserved for relaxation and acclimatization, allowing your body to gradually adjust to the high altitude and mountain environment. After breakfast, set out to explore the attractions along the Leh–Srinagar Highway, beginning with a visit to the Hall of Fame, a museum dedicated to the courage and sacrifices of the Indian Army. Continue to the revered Kali Mata Temple and the peaceful Gurdwara Pathar Sahib, both significant religious landmarks set amidst dramatic mountain scenery. Next, stop at Magnetic Hill, where vehicles appear to roll uphill in a fascinating gravity-defying illusion. A short drive further brings you to the breathtaking Sangam (Indus–Zanskar Confluence), where the contrasting waters of the Indus and Zanskar Rivers meet. In the afternoon, visit the serene Shanti Stupa, offering sweeping panoramic views of Leh and the surrounding mountains. After a day of exploration, return to your hotel for an overnight stay in Leh.

After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive from Leh to Nubra Valley via the legendary Khardung La Pass (18,380 ft), one of the highest motorable roads in the world. The journey offers breathtaking views of rugged mountain landscapes and winding Himalayan roads as you descend into the beautiful Nubra Valley. Upon arrival, explore the unique high-altitude desert of Hunder Sand Dunes, where you can take an optional ride on the rare double-humped Bactrian camels and experience the striking contrast of sand dunes surrounded by towering mountains. After spending time in this surreal landscape, settle in for an overnight stay in Nubra Valley.

Begin the day with a visit to the historic Diskit Monastery, the oldest and largest monastery in Nubra Valley, known for its serene atmosphere and sweeping views of the surrounding landscape. Afterward, take some time to explore the charming Hunder village, where traditional Ladakhi homes and quiet lanes reflect the local way of life. Later, continue your journey to the breathtaking Pangong Lake, a mesmerizing high-altitude saltwater lake famous for its ever-changing shades of blue. While there, stop by the popular Rancho School (3 Idiots Shooting Location), a well-known Bollywood filming spot that attracts visitors from across the country. Spend time soaking in the tranquil surroundings and dramatic mountain views before settling in for an overnight stay near Pangong Lake.

After breakfast, begin your journey back to Leh, crossing the high-altitude Chang La Pass (17,586 ft), surrounded by dramatic Himalayan landscapes. En route, visit the majestic Hemis Monastery, the largest and one of the most important monasteries in Ladakh, known for its rich history and vibrant festivals. Continue to the impressive Thiksey Monastery, a striking 12-story monastery often admired for its grand architecture and panoramic views of the Indus Valley. You will also stop at the well-known Druk White Lotus School, popularly referred to as the “Rancho School” after its appearance in the film 3 Idiots. Later, explore the historic Shey Palace and visit the peaceful Sindhu Ghat, located along the banks of the Indus River. After a day filled with cultural and scenic experiences, return to Leh for an overnight stay.
