• Early check-in, late check-out and room upgrades, subject to hotel availability and applicable charges.

• Any incidental expenses not specified under package inclusions will be charged extra.

• A minimum cancellation charge of 10% of the total package cost applies in all cases.

• 01–10 days before check-in: 100% cancellation charges apply.

• 11–20 days before check-in: 70% cancellation charges apply.

• 21–30 days before check-in: 30% cancellation charges apply.

• No refund will be provided for unused nights, early check-out or mid-tour cancellation.

• No refund will be provided for Diwali, Christmas and New Year travel dates.

• If the hotel/vendor denies a refund, the above cancellation policy will not apply.

• Any approved refund amount may be issued as a credit note, redeemable against a future booking.

• A 50% advance payment is required to initiate and confirm the booking.

• A further 25% payment is due 30 days prior to the travel date.

• The final 25% balance must be paid 15 days prior to the travel date.

• For bookings during Diwali, Christmas and New Year, 100% advance payment is mandatory at the time of confirmation.

• All bookings are subject to confirmation upon receipt of the applicable advance payment.

• Charges for any amendments, upgrades or additional services will be applicable separately.
