Overview:

Rangana Fort is perched near Narul village in the Sahyadri hills, offering a steep but rewarding 3–4 hour climb. Spanning roughly 2.5 km in length and 1 km in width, the fort encompasses temples, water tanks, bastions, and gates. A moderate yet scenic trek featuring historical structures awaits adventurous explorers.

  • Five original gates—climb through the Konkan gate toward Narul village
  • Panoramic Sahyadri vistas from elevated fort viewpoints
