Itinerary

DAY1

Arrival at Guwahati Airport / Railway Station. Meet & greet followed by scenic drive to Shillong, popularly known as the “Scotland of the East.” Enroute stop at Umiam Lake A vast man-made reservoir surrounded by pine-covered hills — perfect for photos and optional boating. Upon arrival in Shillong Check-in to hotel and Freshen up. Evening Leisure walk at Police Bazaar, Explore local Khasi handicrafts, Café hopping and local cuisine tasting.

Overnight stay in Shillong.

DAY2

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to Cherrapunji (Sohra), one of the wettest places on Earth. Sightseeing includes Nohkalikai Falls India’s tallest plunge waterfall with breathtaking valley views, Seven Sisters Falls (seasonal), Mawsmai Cave Limestone cave experience with natural rock formations, Eco Park viewpoint, and Arwah Cave (optional). Return to Shillong by evening.

DAY3

After early breakfast, proceed for a scenic drive towards Dawki. Visit Umngot River Famous for crystal-clear waters where boats appear floating in air. Optional boating available. Visit Mawlynnong Asia’s Cleanest Village — explore bamboo sky walk & living root bridge. Experience Rural Khasi lifestyle, Organic farming villages, and Indo-Bangladesh border view (from Dawki side). Return to Shillong by evening.

Overnight stay in Shillong.

DAY4

After breakfast, check-out and explore Elephant Falls, Shillong Peak (highest viewpoint of the city), Ward’s Lake, and Don Bosco Museum (optional cultural museum). Later drive back to Guwahati for departure. Tour ends with refreshing Meghalaya memories.
