Itinerary

DAY1

Arrival at Guwahati Airport / Railway Station. Meet your driver and transfer to Shillong, famously known as the “Scotland of the East.” Enroute Stop: Umiam Lake A scenic reservoir surrounded by pine-covered hills. Optional boating available. Arrival in Shillong: Hotel check-in Evening visit to Police Bazaar for shopping & café hopping Try local Khasi cuisine (optional)

Overnight stay in Shillong.

DAY2

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day trip to Cherrapunji (Sohra), known for its dramatic landscapes and waterfalls. Sightseeing includes: Nohkalikai Falls India’s tallest plunge waterfall with breathtaking valley views. Seven Sisters Falls (seasonal) Eco Park viewpoint Mawsmai Cave – Explore limestone formations Return to Shillong by evening.

Overnight stay in Shillong.

DAY3

After breakfast, drive to Kaziranga National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site famous for the One-Horned Rhinoceros. Enjoy a scenic countryside drive through Assam’s tea gardens and villages. Arrival in Kaziranga: Resort check-in Evening at leisure Optional cultural folk dance show (subject to availability)

Overnight stay in Kaziranga.

DAY4

Early morning: Elephant Safari (subject to availability & season) A close encounter opportunity to spot the famous One-Horned Rhino, wild buffalo, deer, and birds. Return to hotel for breakfast. Later: Jeep Safari in Central or Western Range Chance to spot elephants, swamp deer, wild boar, and migratory birds. Evening at leisure to relax at the resort.

Overnight stay in Kaziranga.

DAY5

After breakfast, check-out and transfer to Guwahati Airport / Railway Station for onward journey. Tour concludes with beautiful North East memories.
