Itinerary

DAY1

Upon arrival at Kochi Airport or Railway Station, you will meet your driver and transfer in an AC Vehicle to your hotel. In the afternoon, you will explore Fort Kochi on a heritage walk, visiting the iconic Chinese Fishing Nets, the 16th-century St. Francis Church, and the Santa Cruz Basilica. You will also visit the Jewish Synagogue and Mattancherry Palace to learn about Kochi’s multicultural past. In the evening, enjoy your leisure time. Overnight stay will be in Kochi.

DAY2

In the morning, depart for Munnar by AC Vehicle as the drive winds through lush hills and scenic waterfalls such as Cheeyappara and Valara. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and relax. Later, visit the Tea Museum to learn about the evolution of tea processing. Overnight stay will be in Munnar.

DAY3

Begin the day with a visit to Eravikulam National Park, home to the endangered Nilgiri Tahr, where you can enjoy views of mist-covered rolling grasslands. In the afternoon, visit Mattupetty Dam and Echo Point. You may also opt for a nature trail or birdwatching walk through a tea estate, followed by time to relax at your hotel. Overnight stay will be in Munnar.

DAY4

After breakfast, proceed on a scenic three-hour drive to Thekkady, the gateway to Periyar National Park. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and later visit a spice plantation to learn about the cultivation of cardamom, pepper, and cinnamon through a guided tour. In the evening, enjoy your leisure time. You may also opt for a boating safari on Periyar Lake, subject to availability. Overnight stay will be in Thekkady.

DAY5

In the morning, drive toward the tranquil banks of Vembanad Lake in Kumarakom. On arrival, check in to your hotel and spend the afternoon at leisure. In the evening, you may enjoy sunset cruise on a traditional motorboat while taking in the peaceful views of India’s longest lake. Overnight stay will be in Kumarakom.

DAY6

After breakfast, take a short drive to the Alleppey jetty and board a private AC houseboat for an overnight cruise. Spend the afternoon cruising through canals and lagoons while observing village life and the unique below-sea-level farming of Kuttanad. Traditional Kerala meals will be served on board. In the evening, the houseboat will anchor in a peaceful location for an overnight stay.

DAY7

Enjoy breakfast on the houseboat as it cruises back to the jetty. After disembarking, your AC Vehicle will transfer you back to Kochi. If time permits, you may stop for shopping for silk sarees or authentic spices before being dropped at Kochi Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey.
