Embark on an unforgettable 9-day / 8-night Spiti Valley adventure, travelling from Delhi through the dramatic landscapes of Himachal Pradesh and ending in Chandigarh. This scenic Himalayan journey takes you through charming villages, ancient monasteries, high-altitude lakes and breathtaking mountain passes, with highlights including Hatu Peak, Sarahan, Sangla, Chitkul, Kalpa, Nako, Tabo, Dhankar, Pin Valley, Kaza, Chandratal and Manali.

Starting on 26th September 2026, the journey is perfect for travellers looking to experience the raw beauty, culture and remote landscapes of the Spiti Valley. Travel through the stunning Indo-Tibet Highway, explore traditional Himalayan villages, visit centuries-old monasteries and experience the surreal beauty of Chandratal Lake before making your way to Manali.

Itinerary

DAY1

Day Services: Transfers & Dinner Only

Upon arrival at Delhi Airport/Railway Station, meet our representative and proceed to Narkanda.


Overnight Transfer to Narkanda.

DAY2

Day Services: Breakfast, Stay, Cab & Dinner
After an early breakfast, check out from the hotel, En route enjoy the scenic beauty of the hills and visit the famous Hatu Peak, known for its panoramic Himalayan views and the historic Hatu Mata Temple. Continue to Sarahan.

Sarahan: Nestled at an altitude of around 2,300 metres, Sarahan is a charming Himalayan village known for the ancient Bhimakali Temple and spectacular views of the Shrikhand Mahadev Range. Surrounded by apple orchards and cedar forests, it offers a peaceful retreat before entering the Kinnaur region.

DAY3

Day Services: Breakfast, Stay, Cab & Dinner
After breakfast, drive towards the beautiful Sangla Valley. Continue to Chitkul, the last inhabited village near the Indo-Tibet border. Spend time exploring the village, the Baspa River and the surrounding Himalayan landscape before continuing to Kalpa for your overnight stay.

Sangla & Chitkul: Sangla Valley is one of Himachal Pradesh's most scenic valleys, surrounded by snow-capped peaks, dense forests and the Baspa River. Chitkul, situated at an altitude of 3,450 metres, is the last inhabited village on the Indo-Tibet border and is renowned for its pristine beauty, wooden houses and breathtaking mountain views.

Kalpa: Famous for its magnificent views of the Kinner Kailash Range.

DAY4

Day Services: Breakfast, Stay, Cab & Dinner
After breakfast, drive to Nako. Continue your journey along the Indo-Tibet Highway to the beautiful village of Nako. Visit Nako Lake and the ancient monastery before checking in to your hotel. Overnight stay in Nako.

Nako: Located at an altitude of around 3,660 metres, Nako is a peaceful Himalayan village surrounded by barren mountains. The picturesque Nako Lake, ancient monastery and traditional mud houses make it one of the most charming villages in the Spiti region.

DAY5

Day Services: Breakfast, Stay, Cab & Dinner | Approx. 75 km | 4–5 Hrs

After breakfast, proceed towards Tabo. En route, visit Gue Village to witness the famous naturally preserved 500-year-old mummy of a Buddhist monk. Continue to Tabo and visit the ancient Tabo Monastery and nearby meditation caves.

Overnight stay in Tabo.

Tabo: Situated on the banks of the Spiti River, Tabo is home to the thousand-year-old Tabo Monastery, often referred to as the "Ajanta of the Himalayas." The monastery is renowned for its ancient murals, sculptures and spiritual significance.

DAY6

Day Services: Breakfast, Stay, Cab & Dinner | Approx. 110 km | 6–7 Hrs

After breakfast, drive towards Kaza. En route, visit the spectacular Dhankar Monastery, perched dramatically on a cliff, followed by a visit to the beautiful Pin Valley and Kungri Monastery. Arrive in Kaza by evening and check in to your hotel.

Overnight stay in Kaza.

Kaza: Kaza is the administrative headquarters and largest town in Spiti Valley. Surrounded by rugged mountains and vast landscapes, it serves as the perfect base for exploring the region's famous monasteries, remote villages and high-altitude attractions.

DAY7

Day Services: Breakfast, Stay, Cab & Dinner | Approx. 115 km | 6–7 Hrs

After breakfast, enjoy a full-day excursion covering Key Monastery, Kibber Village, Chicham Bridge, Langza, Hikkim and Komic Village. Later, drive through Losar and Kunzum Pass to the stunning Chandratal Lake. Check in to your Swiss Camp and enjoy a peaceful evening amidst nature.

Chandratal: Popularly known as the "Moon Lake," Chandratal is one of the most beautiful high-altitude lakes in India. Surrounded by towering mountains and crystal-clear waters, it offers mesmerizing reflections and unforgettable Himalayan scenery.

DAY8

Day Services: Breakfast, Stay, Cab & Dinner | Approx. 130 km | 6–7 Hrs

After breakfast, drive towards Manali via Batal, Gramphu and the famous Atal Tunnel. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel. Spend the evening exploring Mall Road or relaxing at a local cafΓ©.

Overnight stay in Manali.

Manali: Located in the Beas Valley, Manali is one of Himachal Pradesh's most popular hill stations. Surrounded by snow-capped peaks, pine forests and rivers, it is known for its pleasant climate, vibrant markets, adventure activities and breathtaking mountain scenery.

DAY9

Day Services: Breakfast & Cab Only | Approx. 300 km | 8–9 Hrs

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive back to Chandigarh via Kullu and Mandi. Upon arrival, you will be dropped at Chandigarh Airport/Railway Station for your onward journey with unforgettable memories of the mesmerizing Spiti Valley.

  • Pick-up and drop-off services from Delhi Railway Station/ Airport.

  • Accommodation for 8 adults in 4 double rooms for 8 nights in base-category rooms at the listed hotels/camps.

  • MAP Meal Plan: Daily breakfast and dinner as per the itinerary, starting with dinner on Day 1 and ending with breakfast on the last day.

  • Transfers and sightseeing as per the itinerary in 02 Toyota Innova Crysta vehicles.

  • Vehicles will be non-AC in hilly areas. If guests require AC in such areas, the additional cost will be payable directly to the driver.

  • All applicable transfer taxes, parking, fuel and driver charges.

  • Himachal Packages: 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.

  • Other State Packages: 75% advance payment is required, especially for higher-category hotels.

  • 4-Star & 5-Star Hotels: 100% payment may be required at the time of booking, as per hotel policy.

  • The remaining balance will be collected on arrival on the first day of the tour.

  • International Packages: 100% advance payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Train & Flight Bookings: 100% advance payment is required at the time of booking.
