• The reservation/advance amount (30%) is non-refundable in case of cancellation at any time

• The full balance amount must be paid 10 days prior to the date of departure

• Any cancellation made within 10 days of departure will result in 100% non-refundable charges of the total booking amount

• To confirm the booking, 30% of the total package cost is required at the time of reservation

• The remaining 70% balance amount must be paid at least 10 days prior to the date of departure

• Failure to clear the balance within the specified timeline may result in automatic cancellation of the booking

• Requests for room upgrades, triple occupancy, extra mattresses, interconnected rooms, or specific room preferences are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

• Hotels/resorts mentioned are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. In case of non-availability, accommodation in a similar category hotel (3-star or similar) will be arranged.

• Room allocation, floor preference, view, and bedding configuration (double/twin) are at the sole discretion of the hotel management.

• Any incidental expenses such as room service, laundry, minibar, or other personal expenses will be borne by the guest directly.

• Kedarnath trek, helicopter services, pony, palki, and local jeep services are subject to availability and weather conditions.

• Any additional expenses caused due to natural calamities, landslides, road blockages, bad weather, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances will be borne by the guests directly.

• The company is not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellation of services due to force majeure conditions.

• Guests are advised to carry valid government ID proof during the entire journey.

• Early check-in, late check-out, heater charges, and additional meals are chargeable unless specifically mentioned in inclusions.

• AC may not operate in hilly regions or during certain weather conditions as per local transport regulations.

• Travelers are advised to carry comfortable trekking shoes, warm clothing, rain protection, and personal medicines for the yatra.

• The itinerary flow may change depending on weather, road conditions, temple timings, or operational reasons without prior notice.

• Any personal expenses, tips, porter charges, laundry, shopping, or expenses not mentioned under inclusions are not included in the package cost.

• Guests undertaking the Kedarnath trek should ensure they are medically fit for high-altitude travel and trekking activities.
