Itinerary

DAY1

Upon arrival at Chandigarh, you will meet your driver and begin your scenic journey to Manali in a private vehicle. After reaching Manali, check in to your hotel and relax. Later, visit the Hadimba Devi Temple, a wooden structure set amidst a cedar forest. In the evening, explore the lively lanes of Old Manali with its cafes and shops.

DAY2

After breakfast, proceed for a visit to Solang Valley, located around 13 km from Manali (30–40 minutes drive), known for its scenic beauty and adventure activities. Later, visit Vashisht Temple and Hot Springs, followed by a visit to Gadhan Thekchhokling Gompa monastery. You can also enjoy a walk through Van Vihar and spend some time near the Beas River. Return to your hotel in the evening.

DAY3

After breakfast, begin your journey from Manali to Shimla in a private vehicle which takes approximately 7 to 8 hours (250 km). En route, stop at Kullu Valley to visit a local shawl weaving center and enjoy scenic views at Pandoh Dam. Continue your drive to Shimla and check in to your hotel upon arrival.

DAY4

After breakfast, head for an excursion to Kufri, located around 16 km from Shimla (45 minutes drive), offering panoramic mountain views. Later, visit the Viceregal Lodge and explore the surrounding gardens. In the evening, enjoy a walk from The Ridge to Scandal Point and explore Mall Road and Lakkar Bazaar for shopping and local experiences. Return to your hotel after a relaxed day.

Overnight stay in Shimla.

DAY5

After breakfast, check out from your hotel and visit Jakhu Temple for panoramic views of Shimla. Later, begin your return journey to Chandigarh or Delhi in a private vehicle, marking the end of your memorable trip.
