Gulmarg Alpine Escape: 4 Days Getaway

Upon your arrival at Sheikh-ul-Alam International Airport, you will be greeted by our professional chauffeur and escorted to your private AC vehicle. You will then depart for Gulmarg, which is approximately a 2-hour drive. As the elevation rises, you can enjoy the shifting scenery from bustling saffron fields to the dense pine forests of the Pir Panjal range. Upon arrival, you will check in at your Deluxe stay. The evening can be spent at the hotel taking a gentle stroll around the property to witness a high-altitude sunset. The day concludes with a buffet dinner.

Begin your day with buffet breakfast overlooking the snow-capped peaks. You will then take a private transfer to the Gondola base to experience one of the world’s highest cable cars. During Phase I (Kongdoori), you can explore the lush meadows, and in Phase II (Apharwat Peak), you will reach an altitude of 13,780 ft for panoramic views of the Nanga Parbat and the LOC. You will begin the day with a heritage walk to the historic St. Mary’s Church, a Victorian-era architectural marvel, followed by the Maharani Temple (Rani Temple), dedicated to Lord Shiva and once the royal temple of the Dogra kings. Later, you will visit one of the highest 18-hole green golf courses in the world at the Gulmarg Golf Club, where even non-golfers can enjoy the British-era clubhouse ambiance. A short drive in your AC vehicle will take you to the serene Strawberry Valley, which is perfect for photography and quiet reflection. On your final night, enjoy your dinner at hotel.
