• Any changes/cancellations due to weather conditions, natural calamities, roadblocks, or unforeseen circumstances

• In the event causing poor or blocked road conditions, where conventional vehicles may be unable to reach the destination, it is imperative to use a 4x4 jeep for transportation. Additional charges apply for the use of a 4x4 jeep in such circumstances

• The reservation/advance amount (30%) is non-refundable in case of cancellation at any time

• The full balance amount must be paid 10 days prior to the date of departure

• Any cancellation made within 10 days of departure will result in 100% non-refundable charges of the total booking amount

• To confirm the booking, 30% of the total package cost is required at the time of reservation

• The remaining 70% balance amount must be paid at least 10 days prior to the date of departure

• Failure to clear the balance within the specified timeline may result in automatic cancellation of the booking
