A minimum cancellation charge of 10% of the total package cost applies in all cases.
01–10 days before check-in: 100% cancellation charges apply.
11–20 days before check-in: 70% cancellation charges apply.
21–30 days before check-in: 30% cancellation charges apply.
No refund will be provided for unused nights, early check-out or mid-tour cancellation.
No refund will be provided for Diwali, Christmas and New Year travel dates.
Important Notes
If the hotel/vendor denies a refund, the above cancellation policy will not apply.
Any approved refund amount may be issued as a credit note, redeemable against a future booking.
A 50% advance payment is required to initiate and confirm the booking.
A further 25% payment is due 30 days prior to the travel date.
The final 25% balance must be paid 15 days prior to the travel date.
For bookings during Diwali, Christmas and New Year, 100% advance payment is mandatory at the time of confirmation.
All bookings are subject to confirmation upon receipt of the applicable advance payment.
