Upon arrival at Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport, meet our representative and enjoy a private transfer to your hotel in a comfortable AC XYLO / INNOVA. Spend the morning resting to help your body acclimatize to the high altitude (11,500 ft) and settle in comfortably.

In the evening, take a gentle stroll through the Leh Main Market, where you can explore local handicrafts and traditional jewelry. Begin the day with a visit to the Hall of Fame, a museum built by the Indian Army in memory of the brave soldiers who served in the region. Continue to the beautiful Shanti Stupa, a striking white-domed Buddhist monument offering breathtaking 360-degree views of Leh town and the surrounding mountains. Later, explore the historic Leh Palace, a 17th-century former royal residence and a remarkable example of Tibetan architecture.

The highlight of the day is experiencing sunset at Shanti Stupa, where you can witness the golden hour as the sun sets behind the Stok Kangri range, painting the entire valley in stunning shades of crimson and gold.

Begin your journey towards Nubra Valley via Khardung La Pass, historically celebrated as one of the highest motorable roads in the world (17,582 ft), offering spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. Upon arrival in Hunder, witness the surreal beauty of the cold desert landscape and the famous Hunder Sand Dunes.

Later, enjoy a unique camel safari on the rare double-humped Bactrian camels, a distinctive experience found only in this region. As night falls, experience stargazing in Hunder, where the clear skies and minimal light pollution offer a breathtaking view of the Milky Way from the comfort of your boutique camp or hotel.

Continue towards the iconic Pangong Tso, the world-famous lake known for its stunning ability to change colors from turquoise to deep blue throughout the day. Spend some time by the serene lakeshore enjoying a landscape photography session, capturing the dramatic beauty of the surroundings.

The day’s highlight is a peaceful lakeside experience with a private packed lunch by the shores of Pangong, allowing you to soak in the silence and vastness of the Himalayan wilderness. Later in the evening, begin the return drive to Leh, arriving by late evening for your final overnight stay.
