Itinerary

DAY1

Arrival in Leh. Arrive at Leh Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport. Check-in to the designated hotel and take time to acclimatize to the high altitude. In the evening, explore the Leh Market for local handicrafts, visit the historic Leh Palace, and enjoy a peaceful sunset at Shanti Stupa.(on your own). Return to the hotel for the dinner.

DAY2

After breakfast, embark on a ride to Sham Valley. Visit the mesmerizing Confluence of the Zanskar and Indus Rivers, the highest river rafting point in the world. Explore the Hall of Fame, a museum dedicated to Indian soldiers. Experience the gravitational anomaly at Magnetic Hill, where vehicles appear to roll up hill in neutral gear. Pay homage at Gurudwara Pathar Sahib and enjoy a langar. Return to Leh and enjoy a hearty dinner.

DAY3

Enjoy breakfast and gear up for the ride to Nubra Valley via Khardung-La Pass, the world’s second highest motorable road. As you descend, reach the scenic Nubra Valley, known for its white sand dunes. Experience a ride on the unique double-humped Bactrian camels (if time permits) Settle into your campsite and enjoy dinner under a star-studded sky.

DAY4

Post breakfast, ride to Turtuk, the last Indian village before the Pakistan-control led Gilgit-Baltistan region. Explore the unique Balti culture, distinct from the rest of Ladakh, and admire the verdant apricot orchards. Stroll through narrow lanes and marvel at the stunning views of dramatic valleys and rugged peaks. Return to Nubra Valley and relax at the campsite with a delicious dinner.

DAY5

After breakfast, set out on a scenic drive to Pangong Lake via Shyok River. Arrive at the breathtaking Pangong Lake, known for its ever-changing colors from blue to green to red. Visit iconic spots from Bollywood movies like 3 Idiots and take photos with the famous yellow scooter. Spend the night in a lakeside camp with the serene Pangong Lake as your backdrop.

DAY6

Wake up to the tranquil views of Pangong Lake. Begin your return journey to Leh via Chang La Pass, the third- highest motorable road in the world. En route, visit the Thiksey Monastery, a 12-story Tibetan monastery with stunning architecture and artifacts (if time permits). Make a quick stop at the famous Rancho School (Druk White Lotus School) for a nostalgic Bollywood moment. Arrive in Leh and relax with a delicious dinner at the hotel.

DAY7

After breakfast, check out from the hotel. Transfer to Leh Airport for your onward journey, bidding farewell to the majestic mountains and the adventure of a lifetime.
