    Any cancellation request if received before 15 days from the date of the booking, 100% amount will be refunded.

  • Short Notice
    Any cancellation request if received one week before the date of the booking, a cancellation fee charge of 20% of the total booking amount will be deducted. The balance amount will be refunded, if any, within 15 working days.

  • Non-Refundable Deposits
    Any cancellation request if received within 48–24 hours from the date of the booking, no amount will be refunded.

  • Force Majeure
    Circumstances like severe weather, natural disasters, or unforeseen events may be grounds for rescheduling or, in some cases, a full refund.

  • No-Shows
    A No-Show will be treated as a cancellation with no refund.
