Requests to pre and post checkin/checkout time in Manali or Srinagar are not possible. If you wish to explore the city, you may leave your luggage in the cloakroom or at the reception. However, please note that this is at your own risk.
Please ensure you are ready at the designated boarding point at the given time. If you miss the bus due to delay on your part, we will not be held responsible, Volvo buses can breakdowns. In such cases, please remain calm. We will arrange a supplementary vehicle as soon as possible to minimize inconvenience.
